You can return any item within 7 days of product arrival. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and the product must be in original packaging and not be damaged when returned. Of course, if you happen to experience a product malfunction or the product arrives damaged, please contact us through email info@modinax.com as soon as possible and we will make it right.

Yes we do. Insert your full address at checkout and international shipping rates will be applied to your order.

Typically, your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail notification with a tracking number. You will be able to track your order immediately and it will include your estimated arrival date.

We use UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS.

Please contact us immediately and let us know what the issue is. We can assist in filing an insurance claim with the shipper. We package all orders safely to prevent this issue, but we do not have the ability to monitor the shippers. We are not responsible for shipping damages.
